Welcome to ”Letting Them Lead” where myself (a preschool speech language pathologist) and my Mom, Laurie - a general education transitional kindergarten teacher with a background in early childhood education, are talking all about life in the early education world. Thanks to the inspiration from two of my sweet friends (Elaine & Lindsey), I want to share a 20 minute stream of consciousness with you. I want to talk about "balance" or rather embracing the "wobble" of life as we seek to maintain this idea of productivity. I don't share this enough but sometimes my inner drive to meet goals and check things off my to-do list exhausts me. So here I am, to share where my head and heart are with all of that in the hopes that some of you might resonate with this!
